Do I need access to the internet or wifi?

Yes. You will need access to the internet to receive online orders via a recommended tablet or POS system.

Do I need a website?

It is recommended that you have a website, but if you don’t have one we offer free web design* for new customers. *T&C’s apply

Do I need a Point of Sale software or system?

No. You can use an android tablet, although if you do have a POS we can in most cases load the software to your current hardware and for some software providers we offer integration.

Are there any lock in contracts?

No. There are no lock in contracts, all agreements are on a month to month basis you can cancel anytime – although we’ll be really sad if you do!

Do I have access to my customer database?

Yes. You are responsible to maintain this information in accordance with the current Australian privacy laws.

Is More Orders secure?

Yes. All online ordering web & mobile applications are secured with SSL security.

How long does it take to set up?

The stand alone system can be launched within a week, if we are developing a website for your Account Manager will advise of time lines although this is normally completed within 2 weeks.

Can I accept credit card payments online?

Yes. You need to register with an approved online payment gateway provider and you will be able to accept credit card payments which are paid directly to you. We assist with setting this system up.

When do I get paid?

We don’t take your customer payments or hold on to any monies. Monies are paid directly to you from your online payment gateway provider. Some providers offer settlement in days.

How much is it & how do I pay?

More Orders charges an affordable monthly fee, speak to our team to discuss pricing. Payments are made monthly, in advance.

Can I update my menu & prices myself?

Yes. The More Orders platform provides you with full access, so you can update hours, prices and other information yourself as well as create reports, send marketing material and much more. Additionally, we also provide support and training.

Can I link the ordering button to my facebook page?

Yes. We recommend you include your primary links to your online ordering on your website but you can also include these links on your facebook account to enable Facebook ordering.

Does it work for multiple locations?

Yes. More Orders works perfectly for restaurants with more than one location.
